caregivers are subject to an extensive pre-placement screening that includes:

HOW WE OPERATE
A Gentle Care Agency representative will conduct an initial
interview by telephone to determine the needs of the prospective client.
It is our goal at Gentle Care Agency to provide excellent quality care with skilled and compassionate caregivers!!!
The caregiver is considered an Independent Contractor and handles
his or her own taxes. All wages are paid by the client directly
to the caregiver.
Gentle Care Agency also provides on-going consultation, Case Management,
regarding any issues arising out of the placement.
