GENERAL COSTS & GUIDELINES FOR HOMEMAKER SERVICES
CAREGIVER RATES:
- $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Monday-Friday*
- $17.50 -$30.00 per hour Saturday/Sunday*
* 4 hour minimum
- $25.00 - $45.00 per hour*
*1-3 hour visits
- $190.00 - $285.00 Live-in Monday-Friday
- $210.00 - $315.00 Live-in Saturday/Sunday
* Holiday rate is time and a half
on all wages.

CAREGIVER PAYMENTS:
Caregiver payments are due upon receipt of caregiver timesheet.
HOLIDAY PREMIUM:
One and one half times the regular caregiver rate shall be paid on the following holidays:
President’s Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve
(3pm-midnight), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (3pm-midnight), New Year’s Day.
CANCELLATION FEES:
(When a shift is canceled without providing 24 Hour prior notice it is a common courtesy
to pay a show up fee to the caregiver. Please follow the recommended guidelines below:
o 24 Hour Notice Provided - Pay ½ of scheduled shift.
o Less than 24 Hour Notice or No Notice Provided -
Show up Pay - When a shift is canceled within 24 Hours or upon the caregiver’s
arrival to work, the caregiver shall receive full payment for the entire shift.
Death of Patient - When a shift is canceled due to the death of the patient the caregiver
shall receive full payment for the entire shift.
AGENCY FEE:
The Agency Fee is 35% of the caregivers’ wages.
HOME
